Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-08-26. Applies to visipill.com and visipill.com/device.

Visipill, Inc. ("Visipill", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what the site collects, who receives it, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers this website only. It is not a statement about the Visipill device, VisipillRx, or any product we may offer in future, each of which would be governed separately.

The short version

This is a marketing site. There are no accounts, no logins, no payments, and no advertising trackers. We set no cookies of our own. The only information you actively give us is what you type into the contact form, and it is used to reply to you.

What we collect

We do not collect health information through this website, and you should not send health information through the contact form.

Who receives your information

We use four third-party services. Each one receives data as described below, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that data.

ServiceWhat it receivesWhy
Web3Forms The name, email address, and message you submit through the contact form. It relays contact form submissions to our email inbox. We have no database; the message becomes an email and nothing more.
Vercel Your IP address and request details, as our web host. Vercel Web Analytics also records aggregate page views. It is designed not to use cookies and not to identify individuals. Hosting the site, and understanding roughly how many people visit which pages.
hCaptcha Your IP address and signals about how you interact with the anti-spam challenge on the contact form, collected by Intuition Machines, Inc. Telling humans apart from automated scripts, so the contact form cannot be used to flood our inbox. It runs only on the page with the form.
Google Fonts Your IP address, because your browser fetches our typefaces from Google's servers. Typography. We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts, which would remove Google from this list entirely.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-context behavioral targeting.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages arrive as email and remain in our inbox until we delete them. We keep them while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Because we operate no database and store no records outside that inbox, deleting the email deletes the record.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and to be told whether it has been sold or shared. It has not been.

To make any of these requests, email andrew@visipill.com. Because the only data we hold is the email you sent us, honoring a deletion request usually means deleting that email, and we will confirm when we have. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is aimed at investors, clinicians, pharmacies, and partners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. It has no login, no database, and no file uploads, which removes most of the ways a website leaks personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will say so here rather than quietly revising the text.
